Missing item names (PS4)

Hello, I just bought the game yesterday on PS4. At the very start of the game I noticed that items are named such as "*missing items 18*" etc. Also the interactabled around the map. I deleted the game and redownloaded today. It still has the same issue. Anyone knows some help for this? Also would like to add imaged but think I cant.
