    [Framerate] General Framerate Problems.

    Playing on a laptop with 1060 MaxQ and the performance is just awful. The FPS is everywhere with constant jumps from 60 to 10 especially when there is any dynamic lightning going on. (even a single shadow). The visuals do not in any way explain such terrible performance.
