Ergo Proxy

One question about this build... I noticed that under skills and abilities there is supposed to be a key with " (a=auto, r=recommended, !=important)" and yet I didn't see any of those associated with the skills or abilities. Can you clarify for me which ones are necessary and which are optional? Total noob here, lol
