    [Framerate] General Framerate Problems.

    with the latest nvidia driver i'm still stuck at 40 ish fps with a decrease after 30 min on my GTX 1080 (only using 30% usage https://imgur.com/a/FZnVY1x - 100% is from the windows screenshot win+shift+s ) i've tried every option high/mid/low, all stuck at 40 fps @update output_log, output_log.txt
