The Supply and Demand quest is given by the owner of the Salty Mast to stop some thugs attacking customers After attacking the thugs in their hideout and taking the leader Aefre prisoner, the owner (Maea) doesn't seem to recognise that they are dealt with Save: http://www.dropbox.com/s/ivjoqn17rc1l7tu/maea_quest.savegame

I guess it's because the cloak's bonus is higher than the robe's bonus so it's overridden, but the robe then gets an additional 100% modifier on top. Maybe the modifier should be applied before they are compared?
