    Barbaric Blow+How does it work in 3.01?

    While playing PoE for the first time, I ran into this "text bug". After searching to figure out what the +25% ability aoe meant when it also said carnage was not affected, I ended up here. It has been several months and a handful of patches since this bug report was created and it still hasn't been fixed. A text tweak should be a 5 sec fix barring any localization hurdles. Can some dev make sure this bug wasn't falsely marked as completed?
