Can I get a developer to assist with this issue?

I am unable to access Concelhaut door as I did not receive the Pelden letter and it is nowhere in my inventory I killed all the apprentices to make sure I wasnt missing something alas no letter and absolutely cannot move forward with this wonderful game. Help would be appreciated. Thanks
