When adding the utility talent Scion of Flame, it doesn't seem to add extra to damage to a burn based spells such as fan of flames. Although the damage reduction is still added. I have read many of the forum posts and it still seems unclear on how this talent actually adds damage. I am using the 3.02 version of the game.
