I just got back from vacation and found them in my unclaimed cards after finishing a mission. I have seen this post yet so I made sure I had a character holding them all. Thanks for the help!

With the announcement of the Ambassador program ready I went through Steam and purchased the game. I had no issues merging accounts or getting everything unlocked. I had 30869 gold so I went to buy the cards in the enhancements screen. I bought 1 of each card leaving me with 969 gold. Each card said Success when I purchased them. I do not have them on my tablet or PC, I have closed both programs and restarted as well as waiting an hour and retrying to load them. Any help you could provide would be appreciated, Chris K

I did get all character rewards/gold from every scenario as normal for all difficulties. I thought it was weird too that I got the Samisen and Skinsaw Mask but not the shield the first time...but glad that replaying them worked, I'm a gotta catch 'em all player lol

Yep, it is now shown as unlocked in my vault.

Nope, no deaths. it was actually a quick finish, 3 henchmen near the top so it was maybe 10-15 turns for the finish. I'm going to try playing all 5 on legendary again to see if maybe it shows the clear but didn't actually give credit.

I know the card only goes to your vault. I did not receive it as an unlock to my vault. I have samisen and skinsaw mask unlocked but orik's shield is still blanked out.

I just completed all the scenarios on legendary difficulty in "Burnt Offerings" adventure but did not receive the Orik's Shield reward. I tried replaying one of the scenarios again on legendary to see if it would reward it to me but it did not. Nexus 7 2012 tablet Pass/Play and Permadeath both off. Story Mode

Quick update, after clearing the cache and doing the tutorial again I was able to rebuild my party and get my content back! For some reason though it showed 2 Harsk under the experienced tab. I haven't looked at the main page tab to see if I still have the 6 merisiel issue.

These are all the files that were in that folder. I've tried clearing the cache and will try the tutorial again.

I have the exact same issue on my Asus Nexus 7, experienced no issues at all until I went to go to the the next adventure after opening a gold chest and now I have the exact same image as the first post. I tried playing the tutorial though and choosing the same 4 party members but it started a new campaign with none of the stats/cards earned. I had just finished the 2nd scenario of the 2nd adventure. I've tried closing the program and restarting it as well.
