Also was bugged for me. After I got Ezzali to consider talking to Atello, the heist had already happened (despite having killed everyone aside from the girl) and I basically couldn't progress. Screw it, went through with the heist and got what was in the vault at least.

I notice this most often, if not only, on my wizard, but when she gets hit by a status effect it doesn't time out during a battle. If, for example, she became paralyzed, then the paralyze timer would run out but she wouldn't be able to take further actions and she would still have the paralyzed icon under what effects she was currently under. She would be able to run around, but anytime I'd try to give her a command the bar would get stuck and no action would be performed. If she got stuck, then she'd just be stuck permanently. Looking over my log, I just saw my wizard hit herself with Battle Forged. I think the self-damage from DAoM causes Battle Forged to hit yourself.

Hiravias displays a bug where he has an empty slot in the action bar, and has an ability listed as *Missing abilities -1*.
