I would have to agree with the "entirely random" idea. I've gotten the Ulic Qel-Droma armor and a Circlet of Saresh off of mooks. I found a Bindo's Band in a can on either Nar Shadaa or Dxun.

I picked Handmaiden to lead the 2nd team in the "sith base" section on Dxun, and then went and did all the stuff with the Exile talking to the queen. Now she is 100% dark side. Is there any way to fix this?! She was about 95% light before
