Solutions

  1. Termit's post in FPS issues was marked as the answer   
    I have found solution - after changing power plan in windows 7 from power saver to high performance PoE is finnaly running at 60 fps. I suggest adding this to the workarounds for several known issues topic.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
