It has already been confirmed that it does not work with patch 2.01 in http://forums.obsidian.net/topic/81475-withdraw-bug/ where you also already posted.

The bug is still there with patch 2.01. Withdraw should give invisibility, stasis and additional endurance recovery, but it only grants invisibility and stasis.

Thank you for the answer. I will post here whether the upcoming patch fixed the problem or not.

That is strange, since it does not work in any battle. I made some screenshots to show that it does not work in another battle either. https://www.dropbox.com/s/jzlhzkuzqxeeze4/POE_Withdraw_screenshots.rar?dl=0 Here Durance has withdraw cast on him, he currently has 125 endurance, and the second screenshot is three seconds later, and the third is eight seconds later and his endurance is 125 in all of them.

Description: During any battle when I use withdraw on one of the party members, they do not regain endurance while withdraw is active.
