I'm still new to the game and to (Crpgs in general), but I just got Aloth and I'm looking through his spells and one of the spells (Minoletta's Minor Missiles) effect is "Target 13-22 Crush/Corode vs Deflection (+10 Accuracy)" Does it mean your caster gets +10 Accuracy when casting the spell or does it mean the enemy gets +10 accuracy when the spell hits them. What does the "vs" mean in effects?

So I just bought Pillars of Eternity and I always had a problem with hitting the tilde key (`) instead of escape and I know in New Vegas if you even hit the tilde key it will disable all achievements. I'm wondering if this is the same for Pillars of Eternity or if it only applies if you actually enter something into the console command (Like a cheat).
