even though it is a long shot, I would still encourage you to send your scripts in to both Obsidian and Lucas Arts. what I read was really encouraging and sounded like you were going in the right direction. chances are, there is no money to be made here, even if they do use some or all of your ideas...but if your motivation is to see K3 get made and have a satisfying story, by all means, send some snail mail....it can't hurt. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> you never know what they may like

The rules governing 21 and above just doesn't work and breaks down. That is the drawback of the d20 System. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> if you are a fighter it does (work that is) but in rpgs that are done the right way the first time

also related, the prestige class thing really just needs to burn and die, because it is just a fancy name for "you will now pwn ANYthing you touch".

droids can wield melee weapons, but they can't use the force (plus i never use the force anyway, it makes te game boring to kill everything in one hit.)

sentient or non-sentient, droids should be purchasable....if you want a melee-savy, bipedal droid, you should have to spend about 15,000 credits on it at least. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> you get credits too fast make it 50000 creds

well, yeah, that way you just don't collect people and shelve them away until you actually need them for maybe one quest if you are lucky.

in addition to "sentient droids" like HK-47 there should also be 2 or 3 slots for non-sentient droids like the battle droids the hunter had in K1. also, having droid-like carts to help out with an encumberance system (which I think we really need) would be nice. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> no, i mean like a droid capable of wielding lightsabers and other melee weapons

well, yes, they have several centuries in which to have KOTOR stories...but the current cast of characters need resolution...K4 and beyond should have a totally new cast of characters. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> but that make it more fun for the players and will boost their sales tremendously as long as they keep doing a good job
