Hey. I joined the community to add a response to this particular error. I was having the same error (0023:00000000.), and it is unrelated to fonts. I solved this error by restoring driver information to the registry that had been deleted by some stupid program called Driver Fusion. If you made any modifications to the registry or video drivers recently, try restoring backups or rolling back your system
