Left clicks on the main bar will also unbind.

- Right clicking on an ability with a keybind to see its tool tip will cause that ability to unbind. - Closing a dialog box (such as an ability tooltip or an item description or something) while having a mouse cursor over an ability will cause that ability to unbind. [e] Also occurs on left clicks on either bars ho hum.

The Marksman talent definitely worked on spells prior to 1.05.

Actually, it also helps spellcasters, since accuracy matters to them as well. It can also help ranged rogues, too. The Wood Elven bonus affects more than merely rangers. It appears marksman doesn't work on spells anymore as of 1.05 so it wouldn't surprise me if the wood elf bonus doesn't as well.
