    Thanks AstralWanderer, I know I just wondered where these portraits are stored. I found out, also the portrait_thaos_masked_lg.png isnt changed in the game, yet all companions except Calisca and Heodan are changed in the game if you modifiy the png files. Thus, the images for the unchanged portraits must be stored elsewhere. But I havent found any readable data or folders.

    I have the exact same problem. I changed all pngs in the data/art/gui/portraits/companion to custom portraits I made. In the game everyone is changed except Calisca and Heodan. How can I overwrite these portraits in the game. It would be awesome if some one could tell me.
