Hmm ok... I've thought of a couple of possibilities, although the first one is more related to access permissions which you have : - There's an error when it tries to install/check the fonts or create a new (player) file - Do you have DirectX 8 or higher installed on it? I'm running out of ideas... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes, Directx 9 is on the machine. What do you mean about fonts? Do I need special fonts to run this program? ~D

This is a toughie... The only thing I can think of atm are possible admin restrictions. Do you have access to read/edit system folders like the Windows directory? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yes, i have full access to the machine itself, but there are proxy servers/firewalls preventing p2p connections (kazaa, aim, etc...). I only want to play pazaak in non-network modes. ~D

I have installed pure pazaak (v1.13) at home and work. Both computers are running windows 2000 (5.00.2195). The one at home runs great, but hte one at work gives me "run-time error 429". I have downloaded the files from the download section at the website and VB 6.0 from Microsoft, but I still get the error. Please suggest. ~D
