Hey I made two troubadours, one with 4 int and other with 20 int to increase the linger duration. The 20 int one has 6 second linger making it basicly stack with the chant itself. I used the first chant that heals/does damage to enemies and I noticed that the healing per second feels the same on both the 4 int and 20 int paladin. This also looks same as having the brisk recite modal on. So my question is does the healing effect not stack from the linger + active chant? Active heals me 2 per 3 seconds so if you stack that with linger i should be healed 4 per 3 seconds but this is not the case which makes me wonder the importance of linger and intelligence on troubadours.

I have the exact same problem. Just got my wizard chanter to level 10 and was testing the spells, and my phantom is only doing 2 blunt melee damage with its fists. None of the shock aoe it's suppose to.

I have met this bug couple of times, i just loaded a previous save game and/or restarted the whole game. These seemed to fix it for me atleast
