Hi, I just have a question about items and attribute stacking, if it's a bug or a feature. Basicly i have rogue with int 11, and resolve 10 and have couple of items that raise those stats. But the problem is prior to 1.03 patch i couln't raise resolve above 12 and after the patch i can't raise int above 13. Before patch i did manage to bring it above 17 but now i can't. What i want to know is this a bug or something that should happen.
