Solutions

  1. Ram's post in Console commands not working was marked as the answer   
    I figured out what the problem is, at least for me. It was the version of IE Mod that was causing it. I didn't think it would... but apparently it was. So the IE Mod authors fixed it and put out a new version and that version doesn't have the problem.
     
    So if you have IE Mod installed, make sure to update to the latest version. Track the mod on the page of it at the Nexus, so you will get notifications at the top of the website when updates come out.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
