Solutions

  1. lightsfantastic's post in Priest of Eothas main Character no Durance in Magrans Fork was marked as the answer   
    Disregard.
    If you travel to Magrans Fork before talking to the hanged Dwarf and recruiting Edar, Durance is not there.  Thought I had stumbled on to a neat quirk.

  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
