    Performance Problem

    Hello guys, my system specification is: Windows 8.1 i7-4700 HQ @2,4 Ghz 16 GB RAM AMD Radeon R9 M265X My FPS are 13 at the start of the game @ 1920x1080. Even @ 1280x720 my FPS are 23. Can you tell me why its that low? Thank you!
