When I first enter the Jedi temple in the polar region of telos, atton and kreia are mysteriously behind me. From previous games "that worked" I know they are supposed to be in cages and later have a long conversation. After I talk to the handmaiden and Attris, I am supposed to go to the ebon hawk and depart. The thing is that I cant board without my party members, and only an unconsciouss bao dur is in a cage while atton and kreia are just standing where I first entered. It wont let me talk to Kreia and the only options with Atton are two cheat nodes. One is "continue conversation with kreia". Another is "Skip to Attris scene". This isnt a cheat code game, im playing normally, its updated, its registered, Ive never had this problem before. And I already loaded a previous game and the same thing happened. I just want some answers.

So I am borrowing my kotor 2 copy from my friend (for the pc) for the second time. I remember beating it the first time and having some issues, but I cant remember what techincal issues they were. The problem is now that when I load the game and the main menu appears, everything is shaded dark, and not just the game, but the whole computer freezes right away. I end up having to reboot over and over again. I spent over an hour looking for answers on google, cant seem to find any, so i decided to go to plan b and post this topic here for some help. What I find ironic is that MY kotor 1 has the same issue. Help anybody?

Everything is supported i passed all the requirements, i even exceeded the maximum requirements it said. I need help.

I got hte game to install okay, it went by without a hitch, but now when i create my character and the opening video is over, the screen goes black and i cant play! Somone give me a step by step process of how to solve this?

I have tried to isntall KOTOR 2 atleast 50 times nad it is not working. I put in disk 1 and everything loads fine, i put in disk to when it asks me to during installation and i click okay and then the program freezes or doesnt respond. i eject the cd and the setup responds again and it says cannot find the specified path and to make sure its the right cd, i put it back in and it does the same thing, i have to do an emergency abort. there is no scratches or prints on these cds, i have a really good pc that worked with kotor 1 and games far more hi tech. this has happened with my other cds. i need an easy step by step process of how to solve this from someone, i am getting desperate.
