    I have a similar problem. It already happened to me twice in Valewood that I tried to loot an item but it wouldn't turn up in any of my party's inventory. This happened to me with the flail in the bear cave and atop a ruin with some gloves and other stuff in a corpse. Please post here if you have a solution.
