If you have the IE Mod installed, it adds a console command to spawn creatures. Don't think there is one in the base game, though.
I believe IE Mod doesn't support the new expansion :/

Since some of the tasks are admittedly quite ambitious and some people like me already finished the game before the expansion, is there a way to spawn required enemies (for example, Kith Druids) via console command?
I'd appreciate help on the matter, a permanent solution to killing obscure monsters to fulfill soulbound weapon conditions would be welcome.

You don't need those sigils. They only serve to disable the traps that appear once you steal the mace.
Whaaat. My character noticed and disarmed them immediately. I expected a better reward. Damn.

Played normal, shooting straight to PotD. Especially considering 2.0 changes, what are some things you should do to get by? Some specific skills to grab, weapons/equipment to grab? I feel rather lost and even normal felt like a challenge to me.
Could I get some pointers from you guys? Thanks!

I believe you have to have an ice spell of some sort(chanter, mage) to save the man.

Also, some of the drawings on the soulbound weapons appear to be missing. My Stormcaller doens't have a picture, either.
You get it in the region to the east. There's a waterfall there in the north and the sword is stuck in the stone. Click tab to find it.

Does the grey sleeper turn into something?
Not turn per se, but you cannot disequip it until you finish the quest, on whomever you equipped it on.
It gets some neat bonuses per visit, yes.

Yes, Two Weapon Style affects claws.
So, Claws = Two handed weapon and Fists = Dual Wielding? Uhhh?

Man, thanks so much. I never would have even thought to look outside the White March area for the first verse.
Honestly me neither, but I googled the "stone, adra and copper" and I found a let's play video, which shows the quest involving cilant lis was named as such. Figured out the second one by resting at every single graveyard(there's friggin lots!). Last one was fairly obvious.

Anyone have thoughts on building a melee wizard in 2.0?
Pretty much as before, except you have a fancier weapon enchant past level 12 now and one or two buffs.

I only had opportunity to test my Monk; the 8 wound dual summon s great, especially if you have items with strong per-rest usage. Allows you to trio on that item's usage.

Okay guys, since there is no information on this quest as of yet, I figured it out on my own.
INCOMING SPOILERS
1) Visit Cilant Lis and the Egg machine thingy there. It should be interactable.
2) Visit Esternwood, in top left corner there's a large graveyard, it's tagged. Rest there.
3) Visit Caed Nua and go to the middle. That's the "fingers".

The Soul bound weapon. It has some poems etched into it and I can't figure it out.
Crap hurts my party cause my main player Monk pulled it >.>
Any pointers?
I found the first part, I'm on the second verse at the moment.
Edit: Found the 2nd part. Looking for the last one.

Does anyone know if Apprentice Sneak Attack applies to spell damage? It just says damage rather than melee/ranged weapon damage.
By the wording, it should apply to all kinds of damage.

Too much stuff changed, the only way to get the full picture is to do some research, google, read old threads and comments here and on Reddit and on Steam after each patch. Nobody will go back every single changed that happened over 5 patches for every class. Or just play and see. Theorycrafting requires legwork.
If you want the gist for Ciphers specifically, I can do that I guess. They nerfed mind blades, halved the focus you have at the beginning of a fight, and nerfed draining whip in a way that killed the synergy it had with blunderbusses, for starters.
Sounds reason enough not to play Ciphers.
It's really hard to gauge how strong something is of a patch balance note something has been increased/decreased "slightly" or was "adjusted" or "tuned". I want specific numbers, dammit.

Ciphers didn't get changed in this patch. If you want the specifics of all changes don't only read the 2.0 notes but all the other notes too. (Same forum)
Ciphers aren't very good with BB anymore, their focus generation got nerfed and they are best played with a bw now. Also some spells got changed, but nothing major.
Ciphers are still top dogs in this, wizards are stronger if you rest before every single fight.
As to 2.0 I'm downloading it and the expansion now and will probably go for a full party this time.
I'm not sure, whether melee might be on par with ranged now in every aspect, before it was weakened by bad pathfinding.
Bw? You mean a bow? Why is that?
The patch notes are very vague, I'd really like you to be more specific.

2.0 changes things a fair bit and we'll probably need some time to decide whats best now, but balance changed a lot since the early days. I haven't played very recently either but I kept up with the changes somewhat.
Ciphers were nerfed a few times, hit harshest in 1.05. Still decent for some kinds of encounters but definitely not top of the food chain anymore.
Paladins, Wizards and Druids perform much better than they used to, got some solid bufs. With this patch, warriors are taking a big hit to their ability to use defensive stance effectively. They're talking about a balance pass for Rangers so I assume they're seen as weaker than they ought to be. I really

That's interesting. What changes made Paladins/Wizards/Druids stronger specifically and Ciphers weaker? If I could ask you to be so specific? Patch notes seem very, I dunno, vague?

Coming back after a while, played the original game.
Are Ciphers with Blunderbusses still the strongest? Or did the patchnotes yield new contenders/challengers?
I would like to request a summary of strongest builds at the moment for orientation.Thanks!

And in which cases?
I assume tanks need deflection so they need high PER and RES.
I assume dpses need high STR and DEX and also INT when they're casters.
CON seems to be worth it really only for Monk due to wounds.
Does that sound about right?

Well technically you *can* still fight the Adra Dragon after convincing her not to fight you, followed by not doing what she asks. You get a neat little unique ability to break her largeass armor. You'd just have to aggro her manually then.

Wael I assume doesn't show up as an option if your character is highly honest(or not deceptive enough?). He didn't show up to me anyway.
