  1. I know of a darkside glitch, but you must have handmaiden and still be sparring with her. It basically involves begining the sparring session, then ending it prematurely (put on clothes or use a weapon etc.) then when you get the conversation dialogs, make sure you choose the nastiest dialogue (I cant remember the exact order, but its just picking the cruelest lines and insulting her, and make sure its her who ends the conversation). when thats finished, you should get some DS points, and be able to restart that sparring session with her again. (it will take time to get to fully DS )

  2. Though you don't get much XP.....If you need more put some music on,have Kriea in your party and set some mines.

Or the Hissis respawn and see how many you can get before the screen freezes. :)

    Cheaters...... :).....................................

No, not cheaters, Exploiters. They are technically not cheating, just taking advantage of an ingame glitch...

I too recommend the Hisiss exploit, but only for the strong. (If you are a Consular/Jedi Master/Sith Lord it should be a cakewalk, spawn as many Hisiss as you want {I can get 12 or more}, Freeze them all using Insanity or similar Power, then Force Storm them all. This gives you alot of quick kills for a good amount of XP.)

  3. PC rules over Xbox all the way. It was because of Xbox's crappy memory, that Bao-Dur couldn't wear jedi clothes etc.

    Bastard Microsoft!

*closes MSN Messenger, Microsoft Word, Windows Media Player, Microsoft Movie Maker and forgets that I'm running on Windows XP*

    You forgot Internet Explorer (w00t) {Unless you are on Firefox :ph34r:}

So does anyone know where to get that Sion Vs Nihilus Module now that pcgamemods.com is definately gone?

  4. ...or for you to sell :(

its bad IMO because you can get enough red crystals from all those Dark Jedi that come to get you :) Even if you had all 4 party members carrying two lightsabers each, there's 8 colour crystal slots Max. Thats more than covered by the Dantooine Cave and the Dark Jedi. Best thing to do with them is to sell them to the Rodian on the space station over Yavin (Suvam Tamm)

  5. (off topic) That old man mechanic being the one working and realises that your a jedi? He starts the "Redemption" quest and that is one of those uncompletable quests, cut content things, but using the KSE you can see all the possible outcomes, but all the stuff it says cant be linked up with your action on dantooine or khoonda.

Dantooine is one of those good places where you get good infulence from one character and bad from the other, I had Kreia and Handmaiden. I left the crystal caves and I was confronted with Azkul and them mercs, I chose the lying option to help him and Kreia was impressed with me, but Handmaiden disagreed.

Simple, dont bring Handmaiden along

  6. I think that's a good observation; when I first played the game, I had thought that the theme of the 'Death of the Force' too was inspired by Nietzsche, though rather obliquely, of course.

It was a good theme IMO, and it fit nicely in SW. It is a nice change to focus on the death of the force, as opposed to all the other games where its the development of the force in the main character.

  7. I suppose they could make it such that Revan is fixed as DS, explaining that if he was LS, he become corrupt (again) and if he was already DS...

If Revan is DS, then gender doesnt matter if you meet him as he can be all covered up with a mask and hood etc, but it just might effect either Bastilla or Carth being with you etc.

If they ever do KotOR III, they must keep the d20 system, visit Corruscant AND where Revan/Exile went, must have T3/HK AND bring closure to the whole KotOR series :)"

Expanding on the Influence and Jedifying system would be a bonus :D

  8. My favourite is in Kinrath caves in dantooine, you persuade the merc to give you the kinrath glands, then when he asks for them back, tell him to get lost, so 2 seconds later he is killed.

From K1, the best is giving one of the students the wrong Ajunta Paul sword, which leads to Master Uthar killing him :D

  9. My thoughts?

Kreia was intended to be Kae and there was originally going to be an "I AM YOUR MOTHER" revelation between Kreia and Brianna. Brianna's whole "becoming a Jedi" thing seemed to echo Luke's - especially with her dialogue:

"I want to learn the ways of the Force and become a Jedi like my mother" and whatnot.

The way Kreia spoke about Kae made me really suspicious - and at the end of the day, since the only information we have about Kreia and Kae's "different reasons for being exiled" come from Kreia herself, we're able to take that with a pinch of salt.

Add that to the fact that Kreia supposedly died "in the Mandalorian Wars" (when Kreia told the Jedi Exile that she was exiled *after* the wars) and that the Jedi Exile cannot even remember Kae, despite her being a very prominant Jedi Master (and having just spoken to Kreia about her "memory blurring techniques") I think it's safe to speculate that Kreia = Kae.

    THe devs probably cut it.

Lucasfilm might have sued them (w00t)

IIRC, Kae went to Malachor V to fight the Mandalorians in the Mandalorian wars, Kriea did not, therefore Kriea cannot be Kae :shifty:

I agree with sion01, it would have ruined those two characters...

  10. Look forward to having a few additional darker shades of colour for lightsabers. So far, K2 only has a few. Most colours are relatively bright.

I agree, the sith need to be expressed by more than one or two lightsaber colours. I think Black (or very nearly black, like black with a hint of purple) would be cool for Sith like Nihilus who represent death and an end of the force, a good counterballance to bright colours of the Jedi representing the strength of the force.

To Darth Hades, fair point, it could have been an oversight as that is not uncomon in even the biggest of movies. I only suggested white could be for training because its the the only time i have seen a white light saber in canon SW movies :o
