  1. I got the brand new Eizo EV2730Q, a 1:1 (!) monitor, just yesterday and immediately started playing Pillars with it, because this monitor was made to play games like Pillars on it, as can be seen in picture 1. However, there are various screen layout problems throughout the game, resulting in screen parts not being shown, as can be seen in picture 2 and 3. My guess is that some game windows are being maximized for screen height, and thereby overshoot in screen width on non 16:9 monitors. So far this occured with the dialog window and the character sheet (see pictures), unfortunately some very important game elements. This may also affect 4:3 monitors. For some reasons I can't upload the pictures here ("This upload failed"), so I post these links: Picture 1: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5d485qofets4i6g/2015-03-28%2019.10.23.jpg?dl=0 Picture 2: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l3dchz0jezmmizf/2015-03-28%2019.10.39.jpg?dl=0 Picture 3: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qmo00wxohbkmg6c/2015-03-28%2019.09.26.jpg?dl=0
  2. I had the same problem, and so I searched the registry for configuration data. Under the path "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Obsidian Entertainment\Pillars of Eternity" there is a key "LanguageName_h2027703280". I changed the value from "german" to "english" and the game now runs completly in English.
