    This worked for me aswell, tho i just copied the portait folder and deleted the original one, i still have my portraits.

    Moving the install folder to a SSD didn't do anything, it sped up the freeze a bit but nothing more than that.

    Internal additional drive. EDIT: Moving the game to my SSD did nothing.
