I can understand where he's coming from, though; it does seem just a bit strange that no civilian looks at you twice when holding a lightsaber in your hand. Also, in KotOR II, you're going to be the last known Jedi. It would be difficult to understand exactly why the enemy could not find you when you have your lightsaber in plain view.
