There is something in the highest tiers called the "Digital Campaign Almanac" In the addons section there is something called "Digital World Almanac" Are those the same thing?

So let me ask. Is there any way I can order all the digital kickstarter exclusive stuff and the pre-order exclusive stuff in one order? Also was all the physical extras like manuals or maps or books ect made available digitally? Obviously stuff like statues ect would have no digital version but and fiction stories or guide books could be made digital.

Basically anything related to info about the game world. I know that backers were promised unique stuff but was hoping there was some way to make it work.
