I was having the same problem (could not get the Red Eclipse cutscene, so I could not fight them or get the exchange invite) This is my 3rd world, playing light side. I also paid off the guy in the entertainment prom (2k credits) to increase my standing. Here are some of the key settings and the ones that are different in the KSE (from the save that didn't work) Didn't work / cutscene worked (they are all in the 300 level) Exchange Favor 246 / 251 Exc Gap 15 / 15 Saquesh 2 / 0 Serroco 2 / 0 To get it to work I reloaded an older save, and had finished most of the quests (that are possible) outside the refugee quad and this is what I did there: Killed the exchange guards Talked to Hussef & sent Aaida to her hubby Talked to Nadda to get quest Talked to Odis to get quest Left Eschange guys alone (didn't pick up any items from crates) Talked to Viquis & force persuade him to let Nadda's kid go In my first time through I had killed all the Exchange & Serroco guys, But in the game that worked I left them alone (except the 2 at the door) Then I left the quad and got the red eclipse cut scene. !YEA! The trigger to get this quest (for me) was when I returned to the ref docks from the quad, then their is another trigger when approaching the Ebon Hawk. This Bug really pissed me off (almost as much as the one I've got with Bao-Dur, where he won't follow or talk to me) But this problem in Shaddaa is worse since you can't play around it. So I hope this info here helps anyone else that's having the problem with getting the red eclipse guys to show up.
