I also get a bug on Dxun (the first visit). Kreia talks to Mandalore for a while, then the combat with the hordes of sith assassins begins. After that, I see the Kreia/Mandalore dialogue again.

Sometimes my dialogue skips too, which is rather annoying at times. I've had the party battle in the Korriban cave restart about ten times before finally stopping. Kreia just kept appearing and talking to me again, with exactly the same dialogue. The major thing that just happened, however, is that my Jedi Consular 15 / Sith Lord 3, upon leveling up, has all of his ability scores set to 8 when he levels. The effect doesn't seem to be permanent, but I only get 1 skill point. Other than these, no specific bugs come to mind.
