Can't INSTALL the game... error!!

I think there's a better solution..... -
I prove to install the game.... but when finished to install the CD1, and I put the CD2, it comes a "Transfer error"... about a "Cable US".... and the install stop... So I put all the CD on my HD, but always the same problem..... HELP MEEEEE!!! PS: Sorry for my english!!!!

When I try to unistall the game... the first time seems that gonna ok... so I decided to re-install the game... but when I put the cd, it told me again to UNISTALL the game and I don't able to re-install!!! I prove to remove manually all the folder of KOTOR, LucasArt or Bioware but NOTHING!!! How can I do????????? PS:sorry for my bad english!!!! :-b
