    I had the exact same problem as you. Eventually I gave up and started over. Toguh break, sorry!

    I think if you are a Jedi Master/Sith Lord your companions can reach that mastery. For both my games Visas reached it, and when i made the others good jedi they reached mastery also. not for my watchman game though.
