[The Redemption mission on Dantooine]

I completed Dantooine completey as LS and DS and it never went away. I would guess it might be buggy? Or else I've missed something obvious.

If we say, for argument's sake, that they can both level up to the same level, I'd probably go with the Exile as he has access to the prestige classes, giving him/her a slight advantage. But if Reven did too, then Reven.

[how do i beat the hand maidens?]

I ran around to stand next to Kreia and Bao-Dur and two of them stepped off the mat on their own. Just random good luck I suppose. Insanity stopped 2 more while I took the third out then worked on the incapacitated two and was done. Disappointing you don't get anything for all that effort though! you'd have thought they would teach you some sort of Echani unarmed form or something for your troubles.

[Best Prestige class for Sentinel?]

I have completed the game with:

 

Sentinel --> Watchman

Sentinel --> Sith Marauder

 

It was easier with the second build although that could've been due more to experience of the game and going DS. I know I found KOTOR to be much easier if I went DS since you could just kill and pillage willy-nilly and end up getting more credits and items for less work. But anyways, this time through I'm going Sentinel --> Sith Lord. Sentinel is (obviously) my favorite starting class. It's nicely balanced and ready to go into either the Weapons Master/Marauder by concentrating more on the melee side of things or into the Master/Lord side of things by concentrating more on the powers side of things but without it being unbalanced at the beginning when you're just getting started.

[Getting LS/DS points for Kreia]

In K2, I found the LS/DS penalty to force powers to be mostly irrelevant. After awhile, you have so many force points and they seem to regenerate so quickly.

 

Give her every buffing power avaialable. With the force bond, it's fun to see all the little blue arrows stack up in your portrait.

Yeah I tend to do that with her. I used the Hssiss to get upto about level 35 last game and she had pretty much every buffing power there was.

 

I'll do it again on Dantooine when I get there, which should be pretty soon, and let you all know if I was imagining it last time or not.

[Getting LS/DS points for Kreia]

The first time I played the game through fully I used Kreia to heal the four wounded soldiers on Dantooine. I am fairly certain it gave her the LS points rather than my player. Did anyone else find this? Are there any other ways to alter her points without cheating?

 

I'd like to get her as LS as possible since my current character is DS so she will be casting mainly LS powers.

Depends what you mean by "best."

 

Surely Watchman/Assassin goes the best in theory.

 

I like Sentinel very much as a starting class.

I don't understand what your alignment has to do with it? Take level 3 of the lightning thingummy, I forget what it's called, high charisma and stick on your Force Form that allows fst regeneration of Force Points and higher Force Damage rather than a lightsaber form.

 

Stand on the raised area and only a maximum of 3 Hssiss will be able to attack you. One from the front and, if you're unlucky, one either side. The rest just crowd around the front getting slaughtered by your lightning stuff.

 

I did this with a DS character and it worked fine. My force points were barely going down. With a LS character it will probably be harder but with a high enough Wisdom and Charisa rating it should be doable.

[Skill problem]

doesn't she say something like, you have to make your lowest skill into your highest?

 

That might be my bad memory, but if it isn't then that could be why no one has gotton a bonus to it.

You get it when you visit the Jedi Academy on Dantooine after it has been rebuilt.

What is the button to go to first person mode, so I can see using Visas, on the PC?
