    Disabling the hamachi network adapter worked for me also. Considering the earlier replies I'd go out on a limb and say it's something related to how the program handles internet traffic.

    Here's my files. The output and save are after I talked a few times to the merchant in the encampment and opened my inventory a few times. Experienced a delay each time. DxDiag.txtoutput_log.txtsavefile.zip

    Same problem. System info: Intel i7-2630QM @ 2 Ghz Nvidia GTX 560M 8 Gigs of RAM Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Graphics driver version: 347.88 Hope any of this helps and looking forward to the issue being fixed so I can enjoy what seems to be an otherwise excellent game.
