I would not be surprised if there was a tale very similar to this story about a samurai's exile, and return for vengeance/to make piece. The clone army is made up of clones of Fett. Why was an army of the Emperor made instead, thus creating an army of force sensitive beings? Or if not the Emperor, another force sensitive Sith. As KOTOR2 states with the Handmaiden, genetics plays a role in force sensitivity.
