    I also no longer have the talk to button on Modwyr and I have included the last save file where I still have it. As soon as I leave Sayuka it disappears.

    Pallegina -2DR?

    I'm not sure if this is intended or not but Pallegina has a -2DR from something, you can see this by removing all items from her. I suspect, if it is not a bug, that it has something to do with the avian godlike subrace but there is no mention of what bonus/negatives pallegina gets from this.
