Elfoleiro Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 Hello guys! (first, sorry for my english, im Brazilian then you will find several misspellings ) Im new in POE, but I studied a little before creating my build, finally I present Garret the Small Guard! Garret was born a slave, his parents worked hard at the home of an aristocrat in the kingdom of Aerdyr. This aristocrat, always treated them well, never used chains to arrest them, and Garret's parents always respected the sovereign they served, was not a bad life compared to other slaves. As Garret grew, his ruler realized that Garret had a different strength and determination from the other Orlans he knew, so he decided to train Garret for his personal guard. Garret works hard, giving his best to succeed in pleasing the aristocrat who has always treated him with respect since Garret's birth. As time went by Garret was creating respect within the guard, becoming the most charismatic guard of the entire mansion of his sovereign earning the title "small guard" of your work friends. But what he did not know is that the Aristocrat had invested in illegal affairs, causing his wealth to diminish every year, and over time his sovereign went bankrupt. Since Garrett was technically a slave, he was, unfortunately, used as the bargaining chip, and thereby losing his parents as well, which were given to other lords. Our little tank went to work for a cruel landowner, who made him work hours and hours on his plantations without rest, and at the end of each day his new lord always took him to be tortured for fun for several other lords. And over time, all the hours of work and all the torture he suffered, became something he had never felt before ... Anger. Tired of the life in which he was thrown, he tries to work out a plan with the other slaves so they can escape, but the other slaves had a family in this latifundia ... He had no choice but to try to kill his new master, and in one night he was taken to be tortured, apparently his moorings were looser than usual, he sneaks up to one of the torture instruments, and when one of the lords arrives to torture him, he swiftly knocks him down, ripping off half of the man's throat that would torture him, the other masters in the torture room were euphoric with what had happened, but for them tomorrow no longer exists. the other slaves can only hear the cries of agony of the masters, who quickly ended. Minutes later, Garret appears with his hands covered in blood and with a frightened look on the other slaves, not believing what he had done, without saying anything to the others, Garret takes the little supplies he had in the slave dormitory, and part without looking back... Tried to get away from it, Garret tries to go back to his old house, but only finds his old friends of the guard, and say that the aristocrat no longer lives there, now ruled by another not so friendly gentleman, he feels without ground, no where to go, his friends get together, giving out equipment and supplies and an offer to Garret ...a new beginning, they pointed out to him a caravan that was leaving that night ...
