I'm playing a regular druid and he's stuck with the Rot Skull weapon, summoned from the Rot Skull spell permanently. Seems to be permanently equipped and no amount of resting, waiting, fast travel, or attempts to switch weapons can fix it. Would appreciate any assistance or workarounds.

Greetings,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention :) We've gone ahead and entered this into our Data-Base.

Cheers.

I also encountered this problem with Tekehu. I also tried summoning flame sword from a scroll and it didn't help either. Here is the save with the skull stuck in case it may help.

What happens if you take him out of the party and then recruit him again?

Still stuck with the skull

I've got the same deal with Aloth and concelhaut's parasitic staff.  I've tried: manually changing weapons, summoning another staff, summoning that lance, resting, save/loading, restarting deadfire, removing Aloth from the party then resting and putting him back in.  All to no avail.

Same here with the main character and Concelhaut's staff. Can't unequip it. A game breaking bug.

This happened to my main character, a Druid. Seriously disappointing to be perma stuck and unable to change weapons.

the bug is still there....
