It's very nice of you to tell us immediately when we've done something that will result a failed quest further down the line. Unfortunately, it's difficult to know whether or not it worth reloading over if we don't know anything about the quest other than it's name (and the fact that we just failed it).

+1. That feature would be absolutely great. Currently, you get a message "you failed Quest XXX" and have no way of knowing what it is you failed since the quest names are, well, forgettable, and there are so many.
