Game crashes when map is selected

Hello, I've been playing for over 200 hundred hours without indecent until just a few days ago I started to experience crashes whenever I would press "M" or select the map from the UI. I've had the misfortune of experiencing a number of "screens of death" that run the range of the rainbow, including black and white. Only one colour at a time however, and the only way to remove it is to restart my PC.

 

I've tried all the recommended steps; uninstalled and reinstalled the latest graphics driver, configured the game to run as an administrator, verified the game files on Steam, yet nothing. I'm at my wit's end. At best I can play for an hour before I encounter the issue, but every time I feel the urge to select the map I find myself holding my breath and nothing is worth that kind of anxiety...

 

I've attached all the relevant files I could find as best I could. Please help.
