May 15, 20187 yr I feel the 2 casts per spell tier per encounter feels a bit low and makes spellcasters underwhelming compared to melee characters. In Pillars 1 at higher levels you could cast 6 spells per tier of the lower level spells. In pillars 2 especially at lower levels my wizard can cast maybe 2 debuffs and 2 damage spells and then has to resort to wanding for the rest of the fight. My question is has anyone found a way to mod so that spellcasters can cast more spells per tier. I found the powerpool per powerlevel setting in the global gamesettings file that increases the ability resources per powerlevel but I think this will buff all classes. Is there a way to increase the resource pool of only spellcasters without affecting the resource pool of melee classes also?
May 15, 20187 yr Those values are in Unity-packaged data in the current build, but we'll change that for v1.0.3.
