Option to lock Character portraits/Marching Order

I've done a bit of poking around google and the game options. Also, not sure if this is an isolated issue or something that others have noticed. 

 

When I'm clicking a portrait to bring up their spells/items/weapons, the game sometimes (most of the time) selects the portrait of the character to move. When I move my mouse it changes the marching order I have my party in. I find this happening a lot, especially during combat. 

 

Is there any option to lock the portrait frames so that clicking them only brings up the options for that character?

 

I apologize if this is already a feature and I'm blinder than a bat made of wood.
