Crew Morale and Injury

At one point I had 2 injured crew members. I lost the requisite 4 morale total from them while they were injured.
They healed but I kept losing the morale every day.
I'm still losing 4 morale every day despite everybody (including my party members) being healthy.

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Hi, Alucidus. I'm sorry you're having an issue with this. Could you please attach a screenshot of the morale message you're getting? If you could also let me know which rations you are feeding your crew when you get this message, that would be helpful. Thank you very much for any further information you can provide.
