I have reproduced this bug three times after restarts. I am leveling up Aloth from 5->6 and am selecting the Binding Net Tier 2 spell. I am on the fourth floor of Oathbinder's Sanctum about to walk into the horde of x-named things.

 

When I hit next after selecting my choices the screen goes black and I can no longer continue playing. The game does not freeze and I still get a mouse-over popup here and there. I have tried using alt+enter to go from windowed -> fullscreen and it does not fix the problem.

 

Attached is the crash report after I had to force close the game.

 

Edit: Attached all the files requested. I tried attaching the game save but it is too large, I will gladly send it through another route if requested.
