Fighter + Ranger = Hunter (need help)

Hello this is my first time playing the game

So i intend to play fighter(black jacket) and ranger(sharpshooter) so i can have 4 set of dual pistol which seems awesome

It would really help me if u guys can tell me where to put points ,best race ,best skills ,etc...
