Didn't notice this bug at first, just thought, "Well if I was that ugly, I'd stand there screaming like a banshee too". Sometimes they fix themselves and start attacking but usually not until combat's gone on for a while.

Yep they're ugly! By chance are you able to reproduce this issue, also can you kill that solo Rotghast?
